Ingredients

1 can chickpeas
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 onion
1 can coconut milk
2 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp olive oil
Minced garlic

Seasoning

1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Steps

In a pot, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil until softened.
