Ingredients

4 large potatoes, cubed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup chopped kale

Seasoning

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika

Steps

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
